Project summary
FieldAware Small-Medium Business is a SaaS product for field service companies: anyone with workers completing jobs in the field, from HVAC technicians to pest control & plumbing. It creates estimates & work orders, sends & receives invoices, schedules jobs for technicians, & handles accounting.
Back-office workers & administrators use the web app. Drivers & technicians use the mobile app to see their schedule, get details on the job they are assigned to & take payment when it is done.
Under an epic to allow several visits within one work order, this project let a mobile user add or edit those visits.
