PDP Redesign

As part of the Shop phase of the customer journey, our team owns the PDP experience. One of the year’s large initiatives was to reimagine the PDP & improve the way customers shop for products on bestbuy.com. I was the primary designer leading the redesign of our Product Details Page for the simple-products use case.

I worked with a group of designers on my team & with cross-functional teams: product managers, a team of engineers, & the teams who own parts of the page such as pricing, fulfillment & attach.
